Study of 13,000 children exposes link between use of handsets and later behavioural problems

A giant study, which surveyed more than 13,000 children, found that using
the handsets just two or three times a day was enough to raise the risk of their
babies developing hyperactivity and difficulties with conduct, emotions and
relationships by the time they reached school age. And it adds that the
likelihood is even greater if the children themselves used the phones before the
age of seven.

You probably saying -oh c’mon is this real?” I say umm yea. There are couple side effects that has been proven in the laboratory and should be enough to scare away anyone from ever using a cell phone again.

SAN FRANCISCO — More than half of Californians support a proposed ballot
measure that would overturn a recent ruling that legalized same-sex marriage in
the state, a poll has found.
Fifty-four percent of registered voters would
back the measure, according to the survey by The Los Angeles Times and KTLA-TV.
Thirty-five percent oppose the proposed measure, which is expected to be on the
November ballot.
The measure, sponsored by a coalition of groups that favor
traditional marriage, would define marriage as “between a man and a woman,” and
effectively overturn a May 15 decision by the California Supreme Court that
voided two state laws that forbade recognition of same-sex marriages. The poll,
published on Friday, found 52 percent disagreed with that decision while 41

I Read this speculation on MSN today on what if gas price goes up to $10.00 a gallon.
U.S. gas prices have doubled to more than $3.70 a gallon we all know that, crude oil also tripled to around $125 a barrel. So what if? $10.00 a gallon? I say yikes! sound scary? you probably thinking how the heck am I gonna be able to afford that? yea me too. question is are you building your boat for the flood? ,, yea I thought so.

Thousands of truckers would go bankrupt. Airplanes would sit idle in hangars.
Restaurants and stores would shut down. Car-pooling, hybrid vehicles, scooters
and inline skates would swing into vogue. And telecommuting, rooftop vegetable
gardens, home cooking and recycling would proliferate.

Hybrid vehicles definitely would be popular but it won’t be cheap it will probably available to only those who can afford it.

If gas price jumps to $10.00 economy would face huge recession, fortunately not a depression.
Some of us will be force to ride a bike, yea with pedals, plant our own fruits and veggies, walk more etc. So spending on eating out, clothing, electronics, vacations and other little luxuries would fall real quick.

Overall it be better for consumers and enviroment to not to rely on crude oil, it will definitely be a little hard in the beginning but hey its part of being alive, experts says it might be better in the long run anyway.

Gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to marry in California now; see how Gov. Arnold S. flipped on that issue. now I wonder how Mccain would do about this , well nothing ofcourse.

restrict marriage to heterosexual couples, finding that it is unconstitutional
to deprive gays and lesbians of the equal right to walk down the aisle with a
marriage license in hand.

are the only top courts in the country to uphold the right of gay couples to
marry.
The ruling marks a watershed moment in the conflict over gay
marriage, with the most influential state Supreme Court in the nation, dominated
by Republican appointees, ruling in favor of gay rights advocates in the state
with the largest gay population. California was considered a crucial

Even as a majority of Americans believe homosexuality ought to be an “acceptable
alternative lifestyle,” only 40% currently say marriage between same-sex couples
should be legal; 56% disagree.
