Is it Christmas tree?

With all this “Don’t call it Chrismas time” season I’m glad someone had some guts to ask people around about what should a Christmas tree look like. I remember Charlie Brown Christmas tree did not have any resemblance with that little tree at all. Anyway here is the video produced by The Wall Street Journal.

I say ask the San Francisconians they’ll probably ask you first if they can smoke it.
I heard they don’t like Christmas and Fireplaces in San Fran .

Another stupid Idea by Mark Cuban

Well ever since Cuban traded Steve Nash I’ve always thought that this guy had no brains. Could you imagine him with out his money?
His movie “Redacted” was a flop, now he has another stupid idea.
According to Stan Schroeder of Mashable he’s just plain dumb.

First of all, if I pay for bandwidth, I have the right to use it in
whatever way I want. We’re not talking about spilling drinking water onto the
street here. We’re talking about having more or less ones and zeros delivered to
my computer. And even if I were to switch P2P for Google Video (which is like
comparing apples to early 20th century architecture), I’d still use just the
same amount of bandwidth.
But, Mr. Cuban has an answer to that. Here
goes:
“My position is related to the last mile. P2P is so incredibly
inefficient. You send and receive the same bytes , which means for the portion
of the file you are a seed for, you are at least 50pct
inefficient”.
Inefficient for who? Let’s talk elementary math here. 100 users
want to download a 100 MB file. If they all download it from a single source,
HTTP or FTP style, the overall bandwidth toll will be approx. 10 GB. Now, if
they all do it by using P2P, downloading the file off each other, how much
bandwidth will they spend in the end? You guessed it - approx. 10 GB. In fact,
the reason why P2P was invented in the first place was because it was very
efficient compared to traditional download methods.
Now, someone who knows
something about how P2P works might point to the overhead that P2P has, because
of hash checking and some extra communication between peers which is necessary
for P2P to work. This will result in slightly increased bandwidth. But that same
person will know that in practice, you can’t have a huge number of users
downloading a file from a single server because the server is going to slow down
and/or die. This is why many companies today use P2P for various
bandwidth-hungry purposes: Joost uses it to
distribute video content, while popular MMO Eve uses it to help people download patches
easier.

Where did dinosaurs go?
One website says this:
“Instead of being driven to extinction by death from above, dinosaurs might have ultimately been doomed by death from below in the form of monumental volcanic eruptions
Another leading culprit is a series of colossal volcanic eruptions that occurred between 63 million to 67 million years ago…”
Talk about fairy tale: Do you realize that these people are actually saying that a volcano erupted for 3 million years? Yes, that’s right…3,000,000 that’s a lot of years. How long have you lived so far, possibly 125 years or less, right? How many volcano eruptions in the past 20 or so years have you heard of, or even seen? Was this one volcano eruption that lasted 3,000,000 years or were it various volcano eruptions or a period of 3,000,000 years and how many eruptions, how many locations? All over the world? Did you know that there is an island in Hawaii called The Big Island, it keeps on getting bigger because of volcanic eruptions. How much has that island grew in 20 years? Okay, so if it even doubled in size within 20 years, what is 20 years divided into 3,000,000? Answer: 150,000, so if these volcanic eruptions that “happened millions of years ago” killed the dinosaurs, well we wouldn’t have any water left on earth because the volcanic ash would have turned into rock therefore, covering all water.
read evolution website theory
Another website says this:
Land animals (this includes dinosaurs) and man were created on Day 6 about 6,000 years ago—so dinosaurs lived at the same time as people.
Adam sinned and brought death, disease and bloodshed into the world. Before then, no dinosaur could have died.
A global Flood occurred about 1,656 years later, wiping out all land animals that breathe through nostrils (that weren’t on the Ark). Thus billions of animals were buried quickly and formed fossils. This is when most dinosaur fossils formed.

read more of what creationist believe
I choose the creationist thought because that explains a lot. Plus in the Book of Job Chapter 40 & 41 God said to Job “Behold the behemoth… his tail swingeth about as a cedar tree” What do you know of with a tail like that? Though some Christian commentators believe this is an elephant or a hippopotamus, that I know of they both have little tails, In fact that I know of a dinosaur is the only animal that has a tail as big as a cedar tree. Right?
Did you know many of the dinosaurs bones were found with cancer. So, are you calling cancer good, because that’s really what you’re saying when you say Prehistoric. When God created the world, He looked at it and saw and said “Everything is good.” May the Lord Jesus Christ Bless you in your search for truth.
By the way, a lot of evolutionists know the truth that evolution is not fact it is fiction, but they themselves have said they’d rather believe in evolution than in a God, because then the believe they won’t have to answer to anyone. They are sadly mistaken though, on judgment day they will still be held accountable, because God is, was, and always will be, no matter what people think.

God Answers Prayers: Rainy Night in Georgia

A half-inch to an inch of rain fell in some parts of the state, not enough to put a dent in the drought but it was certainly an answer to prayer.

The showers came less than 24-hours after Governor Sonny Perdue organized a special service in front of the Capitol to pray for rain.

This reminds of a verse in the Bible: Elijah was a man just like us; fervent prayer availeth much, when Elijah prayed for rain, it came.

Ghost upset that Housing Market continue to decline.

Ghost is Mad and The Remax Preffered House located in downtown Wisconsin Dells are to blame.

“It scared me so bad that I couldn’t sleep in that house for a week,” she
said. “My grandma told me that all of the ghosts are family members that aren’t
going to hurt you, but protect you.”
Other family members have attested that
the ghosts have been friendly to them. That is, until ReMax moved in.
“Most
of the stuff happened after ReMax bought it so I think they must have been kind
of angry that we sold the place,” Bannen said.

Here’s my take on this, two words ” Publicity Stunt” . I mean people would do everything to sell, like this couplefrom Wexford, PA. , I mean they are so dead serious about selling their house.

The Husicks have been trying to sell their home for almost a year, but have
failed to do so in the current shaky market.
Bob Husick said he’s asking
$399,900 for the four-bedroom, three and a half bath home about 20 miles north
of Pittsburgh.
According to the Husicks’ offer, the buyer would get the money
back when the couple dies. And if the buyer agrees to care for them in old age,
they could also inherit their retirement home in Arizona, bringing the estate’s
current value to about $500,000.

Did I mention that this Remax house is just couple blocks from my house? .. creepy
