Utah SC Refuses To Give A Lesbian Parental Rights to Former Partner’s Child
Utah Supreme Court issued a ruling in the case of Jones v. Barlow and denied an unrelated woman any parental rights over the child of her former partner, who is now a Christian. This is a great victory for real parents who should be the ones directing the lives of their little children.
Liberty Counsel is currently defending two separate cases (one in California, and the other in both Vermont and Virginia) on behalf of biological mothers whose lesbian former partners are trying to obtain parental rights. It is heartbreaking to even imagine that a court would grant an unrelated woman visitation with a biological mother’s little child. Pray for victory in the ongoing battle for the family. The battles are great, but the Lord is greater.
