Synopsis : At 2 p.m. today, Typhoon “PAENG” was located by radar, satellite and surface data at 190 kms(118.06 miles) northwest of Baguio City (17.0°N 118.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is forecast to move west at 15 kph.(9.32 miles) , from PAGASA
